During the first edition of the forum, we will award three awards for exceptional examples of work, development and innovation in the region.

Adria Growth Club Award

Awarded to the club that has shown the greatest progress in 2025 – whether on the pitch, in the organizational structure or with the development of the youth drive. The award highlights the vision, strategy and sustainable club development.

Adria Visionary Leadership Award

Award to an individual who, with their innovation, knowledge and dedication, has significantly contributed to the development of football in the region. The impact on the game, work with people and a wider contribution to the football community are recognized.

Adria Innovation Breakthrough Award

For a project, club or individual that has stood out in 2025 by introducing modern approaches – from the use of analytics, artificial intelligence, digitalization, to connecting football with other sectors (e.g. health, tourism, ESG).

The jury consists of an international panel of renowned sports journalists from the region, who will use their expert perspective to select the most deserving award recipients. The members of the jury are:
